Pure Peppermint Essential Oil Review

This is a review of  100% Pure Peppermint Essential Oil by Go Pure Naturals

This peppermint essential oil is a therapeutic grade oil (Mentha Piperita) and when asked to try it out, I discovered that along with Lavender Oil, Peppermint Oil is suitable for a number of uses such as oral and topical and has antimicrobial properties.  It offers a light peppermint-y fragrance, not too strong and easily inhale-able.

There are few body, health, and mind issues that it cannot help. Peppermint essential oil gives a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body, which can relieve sore muscles when used topically. It also has antimicrobial properties so it can help freshen bad breath and soothe digestive issues.

Some Common Uses of Peppermint Oil are:

  •  Reduces stomach aches
  • Soothe digestive issues
  • Freshens bad breath
  • Relieves headaches
  •  Antimicrobial properties
  • Improves mental focus
  • Clears respiratory tract
  • Boosts energy
  • Releases tight muscles
  • Bug Repellent
  • Allergies
As I commonly live with tight neck and back muscles, I thought I would create something for that use.

I followed Dr. Axe's recipe for homemade muscle rub using the Go Pure Naturals Peppermint Oil and it worked amazingly.  See recipe here: Homemade Muscle Rub

Another use for Peppermint Oil is reducing nausea by rubbing 1-2 drops behind your ears and on your wrists.

For Joint Pain, you can mix Peppermint & Lavendar Oil and then massage it on your sore joints or muscles, this provides a nice cooling effect.
